Dr. Mark Thibert
Dr. Mark Thibert M.D.,F.R.C.S (C) is a Plastic and Reconstuctive Surgeon certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Dr. Thibert is a Commanding Officer in the Canadian Forces Reserves, Brigade Surgeon, and Health Services Reserves Medical Officer Practice Leader. He currently holds the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel. Dr. Thibert is an extremely talented musician, leader of Thunder Bay's legendary jazz group Mood Indigo. Dr. Mark Thibert was recently appointed Chief of Surgery at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. Plastic Surgery Northwest is one of the most modern cosmetic surgical clinics in Northwestern Ontario.

Michelle Boyes
Michelle Boyes is a devoted who is genuinely committed to delivering exceptional client care to everyone at North Shore Laser Clinic. She has been a key player in making North Shore Laser Clinic the success it is today.. Reowned as one of the most skilled Laser Technicians in Thunder Bay, she boasts over 23 years of experience in the industry. Her expertise lies in advanced laser training, specializing in Laser Hair Removal, Photo Rejuvenation, Skin Tightening, Skin Resurfacing and Body Contouring. Having graduating from Coolsculpt University in Washington DC, in October 2016, she has acquired the most advanced skills for operating and performing Coolsculpt techniques on clients.
Liz Dolcetti
Liz Dolcetti will give you the VIP treatment from the minute you walk through the door. She has 30 + years of running a successful business. With her knowledge and as a manager, Liz provides a positive attitude and sensible approach to the clinic’s day to day functions. She is dedicated to keeping everyone on track and making sure everything is running as smoothly as possible. She is an invaluable asset to our team at North Shore Laser Clinic.
Jessica Edwards
With 18 amazing years in the beauty industry, Jessica has devoted the majority of her career to the magical world of makeup and skincare. She brings over a decade of management experience, along with an honours degree from Lakehead University. Jessica will be collaborating closely with clients on a variety of services, including skincare consultations, facials, skin tightening, and rejuvenation and body contouring. We are thrilled that she has chosen to join our team!
Kim Darosa
Kim Darosa is a Registered Nurse that graduated from Lakehead University in 1999. She worked in many areas of nursing from Labour Delivery to Acquired Brain Injury as well Home Health Care Agencies. Kim is passionate about nursing, and her dedication to her clients shines through in her daily work at North Shore Laser Clinic. Since opening North Shore Laser Clinic in December 2007, she is excited to celebrate her 18th year in business this year. With over 20 years of experience mastering the art of injectable cosmetics, Kim is always evolving her techniques. She is registered with the College of Nurses in Ontario and attends educational conferences several times a year to maintain the utmost current injection techniques. She has the medical directorate of Dr. Mark Thibert M.D.,F.R.C.S.(C) Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon.
Some of her recent courses include, but are not limited to: Precision in Practice Tour October 2024, Empowering Confidence Allergan May 2023, Master Courses in Complications for Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Filler Complication Master Courses 2021 Dr. Tim Pearce. Attending courses in New York City 2018 with Plastic Surgeons Dr. Arthur Swift & Dr. Steve Fagien as well Second Level MD Codes with Dr. Maurico De Maio in November 2018. A Master Course at Coolscupt University in Washington DC, attending Coolsculpt University in November 2018 and October 2016.
Holly Aube
We feel incredibly fortunate to have discovered this wonderful person to work alongside us! Holly brings a wealth of experience in skincare and makeup artistry. She has completed courses in eye lash application and spent several years at Sephora before joining our team in Spring 2022. At our clinic, Holly provides a variety of services, including Laser Hair Removal, Microdermabrasion, HydraFacials, OxyGeneo and Bela MD. Additionally, she collaborates with clients on skin tightening, skin rejuvenation and body contouring.
