Dr. Mark Thibert
Dr. Mark Thibert M.D.,F.R.C.S (C) is a Plastic and Reconstuctive Surgeon certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Dr. Thibert is a Commanding Officer in the Canadian Forces Reserves, Brigade Surgeon, and Health Services Reserves Medical Officer Practice Leader. He currently holds the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel. Dr. Thibert is an extremely talented musician, leader of Thunder Bay's legendary jazz group Mood Indigo. Dr. Mark Thibert was recently appointed Chief of Surgery at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. Plastic Surgery Northwest is one of the most modern cosmetic surgical clinics in Northwestern Ontario.

Kim Darosa
Kim Darosa is a Registered Nurse that graduated from Lakehead University in 1999. She worked in many areas of nursing from Labour Delivery to Acquired Brain Injury as well Home Health Care Agencies. She loves nursing and her passion to client shows in her every day care at North Shore Laser Clinic. She opened North Shore Laser Clinic in December 2007. This year at North Shore Laser Clinic she will celebrate her 15th year of Business. Kim has been perfecting the art of Injectable Cosmetics for the past 17+ years and is continually evolving in her techniques. She is registered with the College of Nurses in Ontario and attends educational conferences several times a year to maintain the utmost current injection techniques. The recent courses being the Master Courses in Complications for Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Filler Complication Master Courses 2021 From Dr. Tim Pearce. Attending courses in New York City 2018 with Plastic Surgeons Dr. Arthur Swift & Dr. Steve Fagien as well Second Level MD Codes with Dr. Maurico De Maio in November 2018. She has the medical directorate of Dr. Mark Thibert M.D.,F.R.C.S.(C) Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. She attended Coolsculpt University in Washington DC Master Courses in November 2018 and October 2016. She works endlessly to cultivate lasting relationships with clients at North Shore Laser Clinic.
Michelle Boyes
Michelle Boyes is a dedicated professional and truly committed to providing excellent client care to all our patients at North Shore Laser Clinic. She has been the front runner to making North Shore Laser Clinic the success it is. She is an icon for being one of the most skilled Laser Technicians in Thunder Bay with working in the industry for over 22 years. She specializes in advanced training in Lasers, Hair removal, Photo Rejuvenation, Skin Tightening, Skin Resurfacing and Body Contouring. Graduating from Coolsculpt University in Washington DC October 2016. She has learned the most advanced skills for operating and performing coolsculpt techniques on clients.
Liz Dolcetti
Liz Dolcetti will give you the VIP treatment from the minute you walk through the door. She has 30 + years of running a successful business. With her knowledge and as a manager, Liz provides a positive attitude and sensible approach to the clinic’s day to day functions. She is dedicated to keeping everyone on track and making sure everything is running as smoothly as possible. She is an invaluable asset to our team at North Shore Laser Clinic.
Anna BaldowskA
We Welcome Anna Baldowska with open arms In July 2020. We are so fortunate that she chose to join us at North Shore Laser Clinic. She brings with her decades of experience with staffing and operating businesses in Thunder Bay and British Columbia. In January 2021-June 2021 she took advanced courses in Coolsculpting. She does all the consultations for Coolsculpting, Body fx and Velashape. She also fully trained in using our newest technology Evoke (Skin Tightening Jawline & Chin) and Evolve (Body Contouring) Anna is beautiful both inside and out and looks forward to serving our customers.
Sherry Patterson
After Retiring from Synergy North, Sherry Joined our team at North Shore Laser Clinic in 2021. Sherry brings years of experience with customer service and her goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible in a warm and welcoming environment. She has a flair for style and looks beautiful every time she enters the clinic.
Holly Aube
We are so lucky to have found this sweet human to work aside. Holly has experience with Skincare and Makeup Artistry. She has taken courses with Eye Lash application and worked at Sephora for years prior to joining our team in Spring 2022. She is fast learner and will be doing many services at the clinic including Laser Hair Removal, Microdermabrasion, HydraFacials, OxyGeneo and Bela MD. Also Skin Tightening including Forma treatments, Evoke, Skin Rejuvenation including Laser Genesis.
